Track Your Order

We offer tracked delivery for all of our orders around the world. You will receive an email with the tracking information of your order as soon as we ship out your item, and you can easily track where your shipment is right at https://www.17track.net/en.

Order Change & Cancellation

We try our best to get all orders to our customers within the fastest time possible, but unfortunately from time to time shipping delay may occur, especially during holiday seasons. While we understand that this can be frustrating, we cannot cancel or change orders that have already been shipped (tracking number available). We will sure work really hard to resolve the issue and make sure you can receive the order as soon as possible.

Don't See a "Delivered" Item?

If an item is marked "delivered" by the shipping carrier but has not yet arrived to the address provided, please contact us right away we will help you reach out to the carrier and resolve the issue. We may be able to send a replacement to you if the issue cannot be resolved. However, in this specific scenario, we may not be able to issue any refund.

Whoops! Entered the Wrong Address

Please make sure to double check your shipping address when you are filling in the shipping details. Orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect / incomplete shipping information, will not be able to get refunded. Contact us at marketing@logiid.com right away if this happened to you.
