Order Change & Cancellation
We try our best to get all orders to our customers within the fastest time possible, but unfortunately from time to time shipping delay may occur, especially during holiday seasons. While we understand that this can be frustrating, we cannot cancel or change orders that have already been shipped (tracking number available). Don't See a "Delivered" Item?
If an item is marked "delivered" by the shipping carrier but has not yet arrived to the address provided, please contact us right away we will help you reach out to the carrier and resolve the issue. We may be able to send a replacement to you if the issue cannot be resolved. However, in this specific scenario, we may not be able to issue any refund.
Whoops! Entered the Wrong Address
Please make sure to double check your shipping address when you are filling in the shipping details. Exchange or Return
If you’re looking to return or exchange your product for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer hassle-free return & exchange within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. You may return or exchange your product for store credit or a refund to the original payment method. But please note that, unless the product you wish to return can be verified to be a damaged, wrongful delivery or defective item upon arrival, we do not cover any shipping cost and will only refund the purchase amount of the returned item.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
1. Grab your Order ID from your order email or by logging into your account.
2. Submit a Return / Exchange Request simply by sending an email to "email@example.com" with your Order ID, information about the product you wish to return, as well as a detailed explanation of why you would like to return or exchange the product.

In order for us to issue a refund to the returned item, the item must be delivered back to us within 30 days after we have approved your Return Request. We will provide you a shipping address for the return via email. Please do not send your product back to the manufacturer. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your Refund is approved, we will then issue the refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within typically 5 - 7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items
We If your item is damaged, wrongly delivered, or in a defective condition upon arrival, you shall be able to choose to get a full refund (including the shipping fee) or have a replacement sent over to you. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and provide us your name, phone number, order ID, and a detailed explanation of what went wrong, including pictures & videos. We will work with you to address the issue as quickly as we can.

Exemption and Exception
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned: Gift cards, perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Return a Gift
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he or she will find out about your return.
